1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, purchasing, downloading, or activating a Danger Zone Audio product, or using a license key issued by Danger Zone Audio, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or software.

Activating a license is the point of no return for refund eligibility. See the Refund Policy for full details.

2. License Grant

Subject to these terms and a valid purchase or other authorization, Danger Zone Audio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Orbit for your own lawful audio-production, sound-design, and related creative work.

• You may install and activate the software only within the limits associated with your license.
• You may not sell, sublicense, lease, share, publish, or redistribute the software or any license key.
• You may not bypass, disable, or interfere with license checks, activation limits, or other technical controls.

3. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You may use Orbit only for lawful purposes. You may not use the website, software, or any related services in a way that is fraudulent, abusive, harassing, hateful, violent, unlawful, or intended to evade sanctions, export restrictions, or similar legal requirements.

We may suspend or revoke access to the website, software, or any license if we reasonably believe a license is being shared, resold, abused, or used in violation of these terms.

4. Website and Purchase Terms

Prices, release timing, feature descriptions, platform support, and availability may change. Payments, checkout, and related transaction records may be processed by Paddle or other service providers acting on behalf of Danger Zone Audio.

You are responsible for reviewing the product description, supported formats, and system requirements before purchase. Trial access is not currently offered unless explicitly stated by Danger Zone Audio.

5. Network Access and Telemetry

Danger Zone Audio products may require limited outbound network access for license validation. Telemetry or usage reporting is disabled by default and may only be enabled through explicit user opt-in.

We intend this behavior to be externally verifiable through ordinary network monitoring. Absent an enabled telemetry feature, the software should not reach the internet except for license validation.

6. Disclaimers

Danger Zone Audio products, this website, and all related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Danger Zone Audio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danger Zone Audio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the website, software, or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Danger Zone Audio's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a Danger Zone Audio product will not exceed the amount you paid for the license giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or to Danger Zone Audio products will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

9. Support, Termination, and Changes

We may suspend or terminate access to the software or website if you materially breach these terms, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.
