Refund Policy
This policy explains when Danger Zone Audio product purchases may be refunded and when they are final.
1. Refunds for Unactivated Licenses
If your Danger Zone Audio product license has not been activated, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting contact@dangerzoneaudio.com.
After day 30, unactivated licenses remain valid for use, but they are no longer eligible for refund.
2. Activated Licenses
Once a Danger Zone Audio product license has been activated, the purchase is non-refundable.
If you encounter a problem with the product, contact support and we will review the issue, but support review does not create a right to a refund after activation.
3. How to Request an Eligible Refund
Email contact@dangerzoneaudio.com from the address associated with your purchase and include enough detail for us to identify the order and verify that the license has not been activated. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time is determined by your payment provider.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed against a purchase, the associated license will be immediately and permanently revoked. We encourage you to contact contact@dangerzoneaudio.com before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We will work in good faith to resolve genuine issues.
Chargebacks are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be restricted from future purchases.
